Executive Summary

This report provides Members with a summary of North West Fire Control’s performance during Quarter 4 of 2025-26. As set out in the Executive Summary and supporting appendix, the report outlines performance against key operational measures, highlighting positive achievements, challenges and emerging trends, and provides assurance regarding the effectiveness, resilience and builds on continuous improvement of the control room service.

Recommendation

The Committee is asked to note and endorse the Quarter 4 performance report for North West Fire Control for 2025-26.
